One large Football X account claims they were approached and asked to post content portraying Argentina are not being favored by FIFA

It could explain why so many unrelated accounts suddenly started flooding the timeline with the exact same “Argentina and Messi are not favored by FIFA” narrative. 👀

Early tenders under the #TVK govt is showing 25% reduction in project costs.

In the first batch of road relaying works tenders floated by @chennaicorp, contractors are quoting 25% in negative to the project cost, causing a savings to exchequer. Nine contractors participate in tenders.

@chennaicorp has allowed open bidding even for small works. Allegations on Pre-fixing tenders to contractors will reduce when there is open competition.

Earlier, contractors generally bid 10% extra to project cost. There’s a 35% savings now.

I have posted examples of tenders now vs the past.

The first tender photo (June 24) - nine contractors participated, 8 bid in negative and five bid 25% in negative, and the person who bid 25.9% in negative and got it.

In the tender on right (from Feb), two contractors participate and both have quoted in +.
