@Boltapp_za Thank you for the condescension in your lecture about a pre-auth. This trip happened yesterday. You haven't returned the 'pre auth' amount yet even though you debited the final amount. I don't see why you have to pre-auth an amount, and then come back and run another debit.

How do you report loss of a phone to @Boltapp_za? I took a ride yesterday morning. My driver was Nhlakanipho Msomi. I ĺast saw my phone just before getting into the vehicle I requested. Bolt's system won't let me go anywhere without an OTP sent to the VERY phone I lost.

Hi @PicknPay. I went to one of your convenience stores in EDENDALE, Pietermaritzburg. I tried to withdraw cash from the till the cashier said they don't do cash-back transactions. 'Says who?' I asked. 'Says Pick n Pay,' she answered.
