So we buy a £900 @LGUK fridge-freezer from @JohnLewisRetail. After less than 3 year it fails due to wear and tear of wiring in the door hinge. LG quote £200 to repair and JL want us to pay for a technical report. Don’t be using your fridge door! Poor customer service from both.
