Appalling insurance and customer service from John Lewis. My partner purchased an apple laptop with protectplus @DandG_UK last year and we have had no end of problems.

You buy a JL product, you expect good customer service and accountability rather than this (patronising, inaccurate, dismissive) embarrassment. Clearly the growing consensus is true, John Lewis is nothing like the company it used to be – avoid at all costs!
