@EduTurn@theiaincameron You don't need any network coverage to use a phone as a navigation device. I always carry a power bank which can do many recharges. On a recent backpacking trip in Lochaber, I used my Garmin GPS and/or phone over four days with a powerbank and still had over 50% power left.
WORDS FAIL ME ! Spray painted graffiti on the, to many of us, iconic rocks along Striding Edge. This is close to the Chimney or Bad Step. I think that our followers will share my outrage - but can anyone explain how this is remotely socially or environmentally acceptable? Jon

The UK government has stopped accepting visa applications from all Ukrainians who do not have a close British family member living in Ukraine.
This will prevent Ukrainian refugees from coming to the UK, including those with family here.
This is completely inhumane.
