@ox_anna29 Helped abolish the death penalty? When he was 7. Got to hand it to him, that’s impressive. Anything in his political career that’s inspired you? How about his ten pledges?
Dear Cabinet Office
Our lives were in your hands.
Whatever you're hiding was a matter of life and death to us.
Some of us were lucky to survive.
Many did not.
We're entitled to know why.
Every little bit of it.

@RachelReevesMP Securonomics will be forgotten before June is out.
Starmers relaunches, rebranding and ever more empty promises are groaning admissions of empty ambition. So are Reeves attempts to appear to have anything at all to offer except doing Tory economics better than the Tories.
Wes Streeting's financial links to the private healthcare sector since the last General Election wouldn't fit into one screenshot🚨
So we've popped them all below👍
If this concerns you, please RT this thread💙
@ox_anna29@OldFunkateers No, they will Anna. Starmer has no politics but his own ambition. The Murdochs and Rotheremeres want lower taxes, more giveaways to shareholders and further erosion of civil rights. Starmer will make sure that’s what they get to retain their backing.
@ChrisCorney1@SarahannSarah All they care about is proving to the ruling class that Labour is on their side. All the digs at immigrants, strikers, the dog whistle racism and now the disabled. All to show they’re as good at scapegoating as the Tories. Bastards.
Why has Angela Rayner accepted huge donations from two individuals who work for companies with extensive investments in the private healthcare sector?🚨👀
She accepted £50,000 in this way in 2021.
If this concerns you, please RT💙
🚨Do you think that MPs should be allowed to receive huge donations, earnings and gifts of hospitality from the private healthcare sector?🚨
If the answer’s no, click 👇 and sign. (+ RT🤩💥)
We’re calling for these things to be banned💙

@mypalfootfoot7@redgraeme It’s a good thing because after so much unwanted change, people want stability. And err… that means having a government that’s a lot like the last one? It’s so incoherent even Starmer would blush. The NS really does print some shite.
BREAKING: Neil Coyle, who was suspended for drunken abuse and making racist comments to a journalist, and who previously had a sexual harassment complaint upheld against him, has now been given the whip back by the Labour Party
@darrenpjones@RachelReevesMP "Restoring our dignity abroad". Maybe she'll emulate Blair and Brown, who she admires so much, and start an illegal war? The US govt and their Wall St backers love to have obedient megalomaniacs in Downing St.
@OccupyArmsTrade@SkipMcQueen I also remember Corbyn's rallies at the time: they were mostly live-streamed on Facebook. I didn't realise this wasn't part of the Pro-EU campaign, to be honest. I'd forgotten about Johnson. Going to have to try to forget again.
@Jessthelefty With regards to Labour, we're back where we were in 2015 when I started this account. Outside of Labour, I think a lot of people, especially young people, are more critical and see the need for solidarity and socialism.
