Portland’s third-largest hotel with 506 rooms.
It encompasses more than half a million square feet on 15 floors.

In 2018, hotel owners took out a $71 million loan from Bank of America, in part to refinance their earlier debt. The borrowers defaulted on the loan in early 2024.

BREAKING: Blackstone, which bought Jersey Mike's for $8 billion in January 2025, is reportedly preparing an IPO, and is working with Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, and Jefferies on a potential Q3 listing.

The target valuation is at least $12 billion and, if it prices there, Blackstone would be marking up its investment by roughly 50% in a little over a year.
