🎉 My new short film is live! 🎉
“A flower a day” is a stop-motion short film with over 500 flower ink drawings, made every morning for my partner over the last three years.

One of the hard but important things to learn as a designer or illustrator is how to deal with rejections. For a good while now I’ve been turning the nos I receive into drawings. Here’s a pocket sketchbook with some of them.
So great to see the cover I made for the @secret7s exhibition, presented by @warchilduk.
The exhibition is on at @nowgalleryse10 (March 2-17). You can bid on your favourites starting today by joining @peggy. All money raised will support War Child's work in conflict zones.
My short film “A flower a day” is a good reminder to show your loved one how much you care every day, not just on Valentine's Day.
The last line is inspired by @Philippa_Perry's brilliant book, The Book You Wish Your Parents Had Read.
I still draw flowers every day…
https://t.co/0dvprGYPdK — Rejane Dal Bello (@RejaneDalBello) is an amazing graphic designer. Her studio creates solid work that is disarming in its simplicity and honesty. Just plain good, nothing else.
A few of my drawings that you can buy as giclee prints or postcards from my shop 😊 they would make very nice presents for the festive season 🎁 links in bio 🌼
Writer whose work you respect: “I don’t know where books come from. Each is a mystery. Every time I start a new one I have to learn how to write all over again.”
Some dude you’ve never heard of: “In this 183-tweet thread I will reveal the secrets of publishing a bestseller”
Pocket sketchbook spreads — recent drawings about admiring trees and their wonderful autumn colours while riding into town. Such a joy to take the quiet cycle lanes, looking around for yet another undiscovered street.
we really do need bigger artists — like André 3000! — to experiment and follow their heart and inspirations vs aiming to extracting as much cash as they can from an uninspiring industry.
“I want everything we do to be beautiful. I don’t give a damn whether the client understands that that’s worth anything. It’s worth it to me! It’s the way I want to live my life. I want to make beautiful things, even if nobody cares.” — Saul Bass
