A handful of smart policies could reverse this trend:

1. No federal income taxes until age 30.

2. Tax incentives for builders to construct affordable 3-bed/2-bath starter homes.

3. Stop printing money to bailout poorly ran companies. Let failing companies fail.

4. Celebrate young families. Turn people who get married and have kids into cultural heroes. Replace “Pride Month” with Young Family Pride Month. Heterosexual couples who procreate should be honored. This shouldn’t be controversial.

5. Teach real personal finance, investing, and taxes starting in junior high. Our schools are failing at this.

America needs to get its priorities straight.

The future success of 🇺🇸 depends on how well we build an economy that works for the next generation.

The most interesting aspect of Zohran Mamdani’s housing plan is that it doesn’t simply transfer seized properties to the city as that could later be reversed by a future mayor.

Instead, it funnels them directly to NGOs and “community stewards” that are reliably aligned with leftist priorities and unlikely to ever relinquish control.

Even tenants who gain temporary possession will soon discover they lack the expertise and resources to manage buildings themselves, forcing them to rely on these permanent third-party intermediaries.

This expropriation strategy didn’t start with Mamdani.
Democrats laid the groundwork years ago but lacked the nerve to follow through fully.
Mamdani is openly commie and has no such hesitation.

The play:
>impose strict rent controls that make it financially unviable for owners to properly maintain or repair their properties
>blame the landlords for the resulting deterioration
>label the buildings “chronically neglected” based on your own standards
>seize the properties and transfer them to your political allies, the nonprofits, community land trusts, or tenant groups

Because the criteria are deliberately vague and subjective, virtually any owner can be targeted.
This gives authorities the power to confiscate private property at will.

Mamdani’s campaign made this direction explicit. It’s about pursuing “equity” by redistributing housing stock, often framed as taking from wealthier (white) neighborhoods to benefit others.

In reality, many of these properties are expected to end up under the control of nonprofits serving the city’s large foreign-born population, all within a framework of permanent “progressive” dominance.

TLDR: it’s leftist plunder and pillaging, again.

A male bee mates for less than 5 seconds in midair. The ejaculation is so explosive you can hear it pop from a few feet away. His body rips in half. He falls dead before hitting the ground. And he is one of the lucky males in the hive.

When a male bee, called a drone, chases down a queen mid-flight at speeds of 22 miles per hour, his entire reproductive organ turns inside out. The pressure required for this comes from nearly all the blood in his body, which rushes downward to force the organ outward like a spring. The semen fires into the queen with so much force it makes the audible pop. The organ then snaps off and stays lodged inside her like a cork. As he flips backward off her body, his abdomen rips open. The next drone waiting his turn has to physically yank out the dead male's cork before he can mate. The same thing then happens to him.

The queen does this 12 to 20 times in a single afternoon. She flies up to a spot in the sky that beekeepers call a drone congregation area. Picture an invisible meeting point about 50 to 130 feet above the ground where up to 11,000 male bees from as many as 240 different hives are hovering, waiting for her. These spots stay in the exact same locations year after year, sometimes for over a decade. No one fully understands how brand new drones, born only weeks earlier, find them.

By the end of her mating run, the queen has collected around 100 million sperm cells. She keeps only 5 to 6 million in a tiny internal storage organ that keeps them alive for years. From that supply, she uses just two sperm cells per egg for the rest of her life, laying up to 2,000 eggs a day for 2 to 7 years. After that one afternoon in the sky, she will never mate again.

A 2019 study from UC Riverside, the University of Copenhagen, and the University of Western Australia found that bee semen contains toxic proteins that temporarily blind the queen by interfering with how vision genes function in her brain. If she can't see well, she can't fly out again to mate with more males. Their semen also carries a separate protein that attacks and kills sperm cells from rival drones still inside her. The males keep competing long after every one of them is dead.

The 99.9% of drones who never get to mate have it worse. As autumn arrives, the female worker bees in the hive stop feeding their brothers, then drag them out of the entrance after biting off their wings. The drones can't fly back in. They starve or freeze in the grass within days. The colony raises a fresh batch of disposable males the next spring, and the whole cycle starts over.

This is what our society fails to comprehend.

If I work as a physical therapist, and I’m good, I’ll make $100,000/yr. And pay $15,000 in taxes. I can see 60 patients per week. But that’s the end of it. No additional tax money, no more patients can get my services. I provide a living for myself and my family.

If I own a practice and employee 10 therapists that each make $100,000, now I’m providing a living for 10 families, and because of my efforts there is now $250,000 in tax revenue.

So why should businesses get taxed more? Why should they even have to pay payroll taxes? My value to society is way more than 10X at this point.

But the vast majority of Americans can’t comprehend that, neither do our congressional representatives.

But the male weapons which were developed for this millennia-old war are in a sorry state. In our enlightenment, we sought to bring equality between the sexes, and this required costly engineering. The social contract was rewritten and the legal codes reformed.

Now, the male goes out in search of a mate without his weapons of war. His plumage has been plucked, his talons clipped, and his fangs dulled. And what of the female? Not only is she as obstinate as ever, but she has the surgeon's hooks trained at her womb and the State's army aimed at her would-be suitor.

The price of equality will be extinction and no number of charts and graphs will change this.
