@BrodieOnLinux Ah man I worked on this with Dylan back in high school, was great fun. I built most of the macOS compatibility since that’s what I had access to at the time. I don’t have commit access anymore, maybe it’s time I build my own from scratch…
@firefox Using it on my @FrameworkPuter 16, but the terrible kinetic touchpad scrolling in Wayland/Linux (not sure what to blame) is enough for me to have Chromium installed as well, which I’d describe as “marginally better”
@Telstra I suppose the app directed me to something else entirely then. Has there been any other issues with StarTrack orders for the new iPhone? Surely I’m not the only one…
@Telstra I called 132200 but was told by the IVR the contact centre is closed today, presumably tomorrow too. Surely y’all would have staffed the call centre for an iPhone launch weekend? If this means I’ve gotta wait until Monday, I’m sure nobody would think that’s acceptable
@Telstra It’s not even switching up eSIM, my old phone was eSIM too, so I don’t have a physical SIM I can move, hence the frustration. I’ll give y’all a call, but I shouldn’t need to go through 4 different channels to get this done
@Telstra I’ve tried that and the QR sent with the phone. I’ve been told both by the faults team and in store it won’t go through until the order status says the hardware delivery is complete, but I’ve had the phone for over 24 hours, so what’s the delay?
@Telstra Regardless, 24 hours is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for a sim transfer. The order tracker with Telstra still says awaiting delivery - I signed at 11:32am yesterday
@Telstra Yeah I spoke with live chat and they say it can be up to 24 hours following delivery, also been in store and was then told it can be 24 hours following that live chat (???) - setting the clock back to 20 hours. I’ve got confirmed delivery from StarTrack but apparently y’all don’t
@Telstra@jacojac Definitely something systemic about the eSIM transfer pain - I was told by the Faults team the eSIM can’t be activated until StarTrack has notified Telstra the delivery is complete, but the tracking link that Telstra sent me has said it’s been delivered since the minute I signed!
