@jshinny12 Yeah exactly, like a fluid mix of lean back and lean forward, but only when you want to. Like listening to a podcast episode and being able to just stop and say 'search that term and integrate it into a later episode.
What if X had a 5th attachment format after Photo, Video, GIF, and Poll?
The "Alive Post."
Instead of a static file, you attach a living machine to your tweet. Like a mini Grok with a wake/sleep cycle that continuously updates itself over time
A few ways this works:
- Survival loops: "1 like per day or this shuts down" (community keeps it alive)
- Building in public: drop an idea, and the top reply each hour writes the next commit or updates the live preview
- Dynamic leaderboards: ranks startup ideas, tools, or takes live as the comments argue
- Autonomous execution: an agent with a set budget that executes whatever the thread votes on
Every attachment format right now is dead on arrival
Alive posts turn a tweet into a persistent, multiplayer app right in the feed.
That's sweet, the durable objects angle is interesting. Would love to see what he built. Feel free to setup dm.
Also I'm building an experiment like this with Jam (bot with a job run by the comment section). Basically checks comments on a cycle say every 5 minutes and decides wait/act - can stay alive, die, or finish the job. Super rough right now but see:
Crazy to say but using long running coding agents I often times feel much more productive on my phone. Computer I have a harder time directing. Maybe its just me...
@ekuyda I think the problem right now is everyone trying to make ai social is just placing a bot in a group chat (in the same thread) as other people. It just becomes a smart ass third wheel to the human conversation. The next step is trying something new there.
The user experience:
- Usage limits w/ parity model capability to claude
- Continuous resets
- Two free resets
Overall just seem like you care more about your user base than claude which eats 15% of usage on max with like one Fable message.
Really I just like burning tokens and you guys let me do that.
Another idea - basically wispr flow but for real time edits of your writing. Not sure if this out there but I can spew nonsense into wispr and it comes out clean.
