Tonight 16 @GoodGymNorwich members ran or cycled to help @EACH_hospices in Plumstead Road and support @ThisGirlCanUK #LetsLiftTheCurfew to raise awareness of womens safety exercising outdoors in the darker months.

This is community is a safe and supportive place for all. 🏃🏻‍♂️❤️
