@zedsamcat The replies to the OP suggest that the main threat we face is an epidemic of stupid. All commercial vessels have to carry an AIS transponder, if you google AIS tracker you can see shipping all over the world
@King0243_PJC Those old enough to remember Kenny Everett will recall one of his characters having a three step solution to such problems. They seemed to have rounded themselves up in a field which only leaves step 3. Not sure the Police are suitable equipped
@Colin802783958 Nothing has changed despite what has been reported. Have a look at prostate cancer uk on x. I'm one of the people who request the test and take the blood, there been no new guidance.
@Zoyag9fc This seems to appear on x quite regularly. You don't need to work in health care, particularly emergency care for long before you meet someone who assures you that pregnancy is utterly impossible. Which is odd given that they're in labour.
@JamesDeroest@ConorTMcGrane@EstherMcVey1 There is much to read online about PSA testing and its limitations. There are good reasons that very few countries use it as a screening test.
@Bramley1876@sharrond62 There has never been routine screening or routine PSA testing. If you want a PSA test ask and you'll get one. The PSA is not a screening test.
@ConorTMcGrane@EstherMcVey1 That pretty much covers it, if someone asks me for a PSA test i'll do the request i'll also ask about symptoms, do an IPSS score and discuss the limitations of PSA testing.
