@ArynneWexler Not really absurd when you consider that Europe has twice the population of the USA and an older population than the USA. We also have a longer life expectancy. So what's really sad is the average American dies 4 years earlier than a European just from being American.
@WestJet Paid to fly premium class Glasgow - Vancouver yesterday. Service in the leg to Toronto was exemplary. Service from Toronto was appalling. Dreadful food and a cabin attendant who threw a bag of chips at us and spent most of the flight chatting to one of the flight crew.
The basic class cabin had a food and drinks service throughout we barely saw our cabin member. No pillows, no blankets and 1 drink offer for the whole 5 hours - really shoddy stuff
@icelandair Flew Saga Premium to NY - abysmal treatment by ground staff at JFK. Treated like filth by officious poorly trained incapable children who showed zero sympathy for my wife whose father had literally just passed away minutes earlier. Now we have to fly to his funeral
@Wayfair I have reached out on numerous occasions - I reiterate the point - if you cared about your customers you would not use Evri as couriers - it's a simple truth they are the absolute pits
@Wayfair 's decision to employ Evri as couriers in the UK and then refuse to take phone calls - only confirms what we all suspected. They hate their customers and only care about reaming as much cash as possible.

@StarbucksUK Your "manager" again beamed in a supercilious manner - it's company policy you need to leave. Noone offered to take my order at the drive through - noone suggested meeting me at the door - I was simply booted our for posing ZERO threat to anyone. Despicable customer service !

@StarbucksUK I entered - a customer instantly came over to say hello and pay pat my pup. As she was being served she commented upon his beautiful she was. Your staff said nothing throughout any of this
