Zimbabwe's President Emmerson Mnangagwa reveals that Rwanda's President Paul Kagame has helped Zimbabwe secure $800 million funding for a rural electrification project.
The project will be launched this month.
Namibia and Zambia have signed an agreement to build an oil and gas pipeline.
