Yes so more visa application will be refused, but it appears it's not a PASS rate it's a COMPLETION which are totally different things.. And the same it's not a ATTENDANCE Rate it's a ENROLLMENT Rate. So it appears some could register on a course never attend lesson but still complete the course but not pass. And you are happy with this

I would like to see better police training around the outward signs of medical trauma

Henry Novak had been stabbed and from what I understand, lost 2 units of blood into his chest

I recently had the misfortune of suffering two ruptured aneurysms in each case losing around 2 units into my abdomen

The pain from internal bleeding is like nothing on this earth. Childbirth is a picnic in comparison. Blood in the wrong place is practically poison to the body

Like Henry, I remained conscious but also like Henry the pain was so overwhelming that speech was almost impossible

What I saw in the video was exactly consistent with my experience. Except I was incredibly lucky that my aneurysms were on a medium sized rather than major artery and there was no trauma to any organs. And obviously nobody had assaulted me

It seems incredible that the police didn't verify the claims Henry had been stabbed and didn't recognise that he was seriously unwell. Nobody expects the police to be medical experts but they should have the training to recognise the symptoms of major trauma

Of course there are going to be debates about the impact of cultural issues. But I hope that practical lessons around recognising medical trauma will be taken on board

My thoughts and prayers are with Henry and the Novak family
