@duolingo should build 1-1 video tutoring. Individual lessons could go for between $20-$30 an hour. Either as course alternatives to skip lessons or as checkpoints to fine tune pronouncation. Users who buy into lessons (at least 4 a month) would be worth 5x more.

@whrobbins Do you think network improvement is the differentiator between Vine and TikTok? It seems like a shift in the comfort/ease of individual content creation has been a primary driver for TikTok growth. I don’t see how average people will be able to participate in VR content creation.

@bramcohen Splines are cool because you approximate a function with a bunch of piecemeal polynomials of low degree but which form a continuous and smooth function overall. Still all polynomials. By angle is that slope or like for a step function?
