A long time ago I, reluctantly, reached the age where most Saturday nights are spent in front of the telly, however this is up there with one of the best ones yet. #Paulheaton#bbc2
@1tsjustmeagain I can't imagine how he picks a set list with the stuff he has to leave out. Saw this set at Piece Hall last year, he is an absolute genius.
24/25 season, £5 each way bet league winners on Liverpool, Burnley, Birmingham and Doncaster, would have got me £4500. Leeds score in the 95th minute of the last game and I get £75. No cash out option given. Still fuming now. My wife is a Leeds Utd season ticket holder as well.
Manchester City to win 5 or more games by 5 or more goals in 21/22 at 250/1. Won 2 of the first 3, managed 4 total all seasons. Were 3-0 up after 25 minutes one game and won 6-3 and won the penultimate game 5-1 and de Bruyne hit the post with 5 minutes left.

😅 What’s the losing bet that still annoys you years later?
Before a ball was kicked in Erling Haaland’s debut season, I had £30 @ 250/1 on him to score 6+ Premier League hat-tricks, breaking Alan Shearer’s single-season record of five.
He hit three Premier League hat-tricks in his first 10 games, then later scored back-to-back hat-tricks against RB Leipzig (ECL) and Burnley (FA Cup)…
…only for Pep to substitute him after braces against Southampton and at half time for Leicester 😭 .
City went on to win the Treble. Haaland finished with four Premier League hat-tricks.
I’ll never forgive Pep for those substitutions. 😂
