@kevinlaughlin@JarrenSenod@Fred_Constantin@afneil Who wouldn’t want protection from a Fsscist, kleptocracy that makes no secret if its desire to recreate its empire. But that doesn’t matter to you as a supporter and apolgist for the regime.
@kevinlaughlin@JarrenSenod@Fred_Constantin@afneil Repeating irrelevancies exposes the emptiness of your argument. It’s for the govts of the countries involved to decide if they want to join NATO. Your avoidance and refusal to address this fundamental point exposes your Pro Russian agenda and apologism for Putin.
@kevinlaughlin@JarrenSenod@Fred_Constantin@afneil Irrelevant, if free nations wish to join NATO that is their right, pure and simple. And if they do it is usually due to the Russian threat and Russia’s record of interference and expansionism.
@kevinlaughlin@JarrenSenod@Fred_Constantin@afneil Once again, NATO expansion occurred because sovereign democracies decided of their own free will to join NATO. That is their right as independent nations. Russia has no right to interfere.
@kevinlaughlin@Fred_Constantin@JarrenSenod@afneil Then I repeat my reply. You may not wish to deal with the issues of democracy and self determination or Russian expansionism however inconvenient for your argument.
@kevinlaughlin@Fred_Constantin@JarrenSenod@afneil I repeat if a sovereign state wishes to join the alliance it has every right to apply and given Russia’s expansionist agenda under Putin they have every right to bad Russia has no right to veto the actions of independent nations.
@kevinlaughlin@Fred_Constantin@JarrenSenod@afneil Your fundamental argument is flawed. NATO expanded because the countries concerned exercised their democratic right of self determination to join the Alliance. What right does Russia have to tell independent sovereign states what they can and cannot do?
@Ademac35@DFurneaux@Dannylad9525238 And the earth is flat and the sun orbits the earth. It’s not indoctrination it’s physics. It’s just inconvenient for your blinkered prejudices.
@brysy26@MrMatthewTodd We are seeing it around the world. Heat Domes have been experienced in North America and Australia and average temperatures around the globe are rising consistently. Ocean temperatures are also rising inexorably. C02 is the cause. I’m a physicist, are you?
@brysy26@MrMatthewTodd Utter nonsense. The El Niño peak takes months to affect global weather so the effect will not kick in till next year. Even so because the climate is hotter due to climate change you start from a higher base so El Niño will make it even worse.
