@OnDeck I pre-ordered a year ago. Availability keeps getting pushed back so I don't trust the steam deck page. Now says Q3. I'm starting to think I'm not getting one till 2023. Any idea when my slot will open up?
@Chase After being transferred around to several departments, talking to about 4 or 5 different people, and on hold for about 4 hours, I am now being told to go into a Chase branch.....
@Chase Please just DM me a # to talk to a Senior Technical Support representative. Tired of being transferred around to the wrong people or people not knowing how to fix my accounts. Going on 5-6 days now with issues still unresolved. Calling every day. Many wasted hours......
@Chase I get the weather impact with wait times...but no excuse for being transferred and transferred and transferred and then hung up on. No one seems to know how to fix my accounts. Customer Service, Techincal Support, Fraud, Security.....this is getting ridiculous....
@Chase Every time I call Chase: # on Sapphire Reserve card -> "Your wait time is greater than 50 mins." -> "Sorry I can't help you. Transferring you" -> "Your wait time is greater than 50 minutes." -> "Sorry I can't help you. Transferring you" ->"Your wait time is greater than 50 mins."
@Chase I am a 6 Chase account holder: Sapphire Reserve, 3 personal credit cards, Business Ink, Checking. Going on 5 days now, hours and hours every day, wasted being on hold, transferred, or even hung up on. No one can fix my account issues. This has been the WORST experience.
