@TalkTalk I figured out a HUGE issue with your new Full Fibre broadband. You send everyone the Eero 6 router and it doesn’t work. My first overheated and died after just 1 week the 2nd loses connection sporadically.
Can I have a router that works please?

@eerosupport Hi. So was without wi-fi for a few days after thinking it was the service provider I found it was the Eero that had overheated and just stopped working.
I need a replacement sent out. How do I go about that?
