@TMobileHelp retention opportunity: half of my voicemails go to the classic hold down 1 on the phone and half go to visual voicemail. Same happens to my other family plan line. I’ve called numerous times and your outsourced support is frustrating and never fixes it correctly.

@TMobileHelp can I get some help from a US based rep? One of the outsourced people I spoke with last week proceeded to call me at 10:30 PM local time to ensure my issue would be fixed quickly. It has not been fixed.
