Dr Doolla is an acclaimed professor of Energy Sciences at IIT Bombay. An MTech and a PhD from IIT, he has received excellence in teaching award twice. He recently caught a student cheating. The student committed suicide.

Dr Doolla has now been charged under the SC/ST Act.

Hence the case of caste discrimination is unfair.

I have lots of empathy for the child who lost his life. We must help his family.

हम समझते हैं कि SC/ST एक्ट का अभी तक भरपूर दुरुपयोग नहीं हुआ है। हम चाहते हैं कि इस एक्ट का ज्यादा से ज्यादा दुरुपयोग हो, पराकाष्ठा हो जाए, लोगों की रड़क निकाल दी जाए, ठोडी टिका दी जाए। इतना दुरुपयोग हो कि लोग त्राहिमाम कर उठें। यकीन मानिए, इस एक्ट का जितना ज्यादा दुरुपयोग होगा, उतना ही इसमें सुधार की आवाज बुलंद होगी।

Those who did violence againt our cops faced no charges, but Ajeet Bharati has an FIR!
