[European Digital Media Observatory @EDMO_EUI]

Read our new monthly report, including a case study on #Ceuta 👇

"On current evidence, the Ceuta case does not point to a single identifiable state sponsor, and the underlying migratory event was genuine rather than fabricated. It nonetheless displays behavioural hallmarks significant to #FIMI analysis independent of attribution:

► near-identical text posted at very high frequency within a short period of time;
► the strategic simplification of legal ruling;
► purpose-built operational infrastructure that persisted and re-organised around a new target date within 48 hours;
► and rapid onward recirculation of reused footage."
