You’re missing the core issue: the way she structured her message manipulated you before you even got to the claims.

She opened with something normal and harmless: “Our show will be off air this week.” Because it’s Thanksgiving, your brain read that as a simple holiday update. That lowers your skepticism. That’s called emotional softening. Then she immediately jumped into the assassination claim. That’s a persuasion tactic: soften the audience, then drop the extreme statement so it slips past critical thinking.

You also keep talking about “receipts,” but she didn’t show any. Saying the White House “confirmed receipt” of a report is not evidence. Anyone can send information to a government inbox. Acknowledgment is not verification.

You’re treating the White House’s silence as proof she’s telling the truth. That’s not how evidence works. Silence means nothing. They’re not obligated to respond to every influencer who makes an accusation.

If she actually had proof that a foreign head of state ordered her assassination, she wouldn’t present it like a Thanksgiving schedule update. That mismatch alone is a warning sign.

She also used the classic “I could get in trouble if this isn’t true” framing. People use that when they don’t have evidence because it creates the illusion of credibility without providing any.

Bottom line: you weren’t persuaded by facts. You were persuaded by structure. She softened you with something normal, then hit you with something extreme, and you filled in all the missing pieces for her. That’s exactly how psychological priming works.

Not too long ago I did a presentation for a church youth group. One of the topics we covered was internet safety, and I warned kids about this exact danger.

A) Never take photos you wouldn't want your mom to see.

B) Verify social media accounts are really your friends via text or in person before accepting or interacting.

C) Don't send any photos to anyone you don't know.

D) Using AI, predators can make fake embarrassing photos. Your parents and police will understand this. Don't let anyone scare you.

E) If anyone ever threatens to tell on you or tries to blackmail you, immediately tell a trusted adult (parent, teacher, cop, etc)
