Alhamdulillah!
Today, we joyfully mark the official opening of the Magaji Muazu Memorial Islamic School a heartfelt tribute to my beloved grandfather, Late Alhaji Magaji Mu’azu (Mni), Ubandoman Gombe.Born in Gombe on March 14, 1939, he was a distinguished elder statesman, accomplished technocrat, and visionary leader. A professionally trained auditor, he served as Senior and Principal Auditor in the Government of Northern Nigeria, Auditor General of the defunct North Eastern State, Zonal Chairman of the National Party of Nigeria (NPN), Presidential Liaison Officer for Gongola State, and Federal Minister of Establishments and Training during the Second Republic.Turbaned as Ubandoman Gombe, he remained a pillar of integrity, modesty, and public service a patriotic mentor to many and a philanthropist who dedicated his life to nation building, community development, and the upliftment of the Ummah.
This Islamic school stands as enduring Sadaqah Jariyah, nurturing young minds with Qur’anic knowledge, moral values, and academic excellence in line with his lifelong commitment to education and ethical leadership.
May Allah (SWT) forgive his shortcomings, illuminate his grave, expand his rewards, and grant him the highest ranks in Jannah. May He make this institution a beacon of light for generations to come.
Ameen Ya Rabb.

My sisters first salary came, she left me some cash and a beautiful note.
So thoughtful of her.
I hope the note is not ChatGPT because it made me cry.

She has always made us proud. Fighting sickle cell, getting her degree in Computer Science and Masters in Cybersecurity.

Humbled to officially resume duty as the Director General of the Gombe State Information Technology and Digital Economy Commission (GITDEC).
A huge thank you to HE @GovernorInuwa for this trust. This appointment is a solemn call to service, one that I accept with the highest

I completely agree! I always say while Nigeria is what it is, being disciplined in acquiring education and hardwork pays even in Nigeria.
We need to tell more stories of self-made, non-silver spoon success.
The Nigerian Dream is the pursuit of excellence, prosperity, and global relevance through intellect, creativity, and hard work.
It’s the conviction that with vision and discipline, you can shape your own destiny.
Nigeria has the talent. Nigeria has the skill. Nigeria has the heritage. All we need is the push. 🇳🇬✨
Let’s stand together to make Made in Nigeria fabrics a global pride.
We call on all industry leaders, organizations, and changemakers this is our time to weave the future!”
Former President Muhammadu Buhari is one of Nigeria’s most consequential leaders. All his life in public service, he served Nigeria with deep convictions of honesty and integrity, with a passion to do what he believed was right.
My late father had the privilege of serving him as Chief Press Secretary during his tenure as Head of State from 1984 to 1985. He often recounted stories of a fiercely patriotic nationalist who genuinely wanted the best for Nigeria.
In sadness, we mourn his passing today. He leaves a huge vacuum in our lives, but also fond memories that we will always cherish.
May the almighty Allah forgive his shortcomings and grant him Aljannatul Firdaus, Ameen.
