@ComEd Yall really have some nerve raising prices when you’re failing to provide adequate service. I’ve been on partial power for six days, being given the runaround to be told that no one created an appt in the system for replacing a malfunctioning meter.

Many depts and reps dropped the ball, but the last rep was the most thorough and helped out. Your inability to properly file an outage and quickly fix led to my hvac failing and needing to repair it. This is well what I expect as you raise the prices on substandard service.

@teejay814 @FitbitSupport I use both. The Apple watch is vastly superior except when it comes to sleeping data (it can't auto detect outside of your designated sleep period) and group challenges. I'm only on fitbit cuz of my challenge community that I've been a part of. Fitbit dropped the ball. Big time.
