@AEPOhio @sippindoc Who’s liable for the equipment in my facility since inappropriate voltage was fed through the lines to my facility. Its’s unsuspecting to the user since lighting seems to function etc… the so called “Smart meter” is registering?

@AEPOhio Why do u energize lines to homes with inadequate power? My electrician demonstrated voltage coming into facility is low 107V which can risk burning up equipment?? 🤷

@AEPOhio @sippindoc An AEP service person has just arrived 520p and i have made him aware of the issue and the specific bank of transformers that have an issue.
