This was the exact moment in history when Australia stopped being a free country.
NEVER, under any circumstances, should you give up your guns to the government.
@yeeted_into3008@shrinkleberry I KNEW I wasn’t going crazy trying to run different throwing knives with the melee refund.
The PoH armor is genuinely so disappointing with how much it breaks while not feeling worth the investment.
@D1ab0licaI@KingSavageAxe I think nowadays the goal is to hit DPS around 1.5k to 2k?
So big damage is seeing anything hitting above 4k like with whirling ovation
USA. A Mexican restaurant. We had not yet ordered anything, and the food was already arriving.
Chips. Salsa. Unrequested. Free.
I stopped the waiter. "We have not earned these."
"They just come with the table, man."
They come with the TABLE. In my land, hospitality is a debt. Every gift creates an obligation, weighed carefully, returned in the proper season with interest of feeling. Here, the gift arrives before you have even proven you can pay for dinner.
This is not an appetizer. This is a declaration: we trust you. Eat.
I ate with the gravity the moment deserved. And then — I must report this calmly — the basket emptied, and a new one appeared.
"Did we…?"
"Refill," the waiter said. "It's bottomless."
Bottomless. They have wells of salsa. The supply lines of this nation are beyond anything my ancestors imagined.
My friend warned me. "Don't fill up on chips, dude."
Too late. I had accepted three baskets. Honor demanded each one be finished — an unfinished gift is an insult. By the time my actual food arrived, I was a ruined man.
I was not hungry. I was not comfortable. I had been defeated by a courtesy.
Generosity that arrives before the request cannot be repaid. It can only be survived.
I know the rule now. I have made my peace with the basket. One basket. Two at the most.
Who am I deceiving. There is no number of baskets I would refuse. The trust of a nation is in that salsa, and I intend to honor all of it.
being upset over this is perfectly reasonable lol the last endgame content we're ever getting and it and the title are completely worthless because of obnoxious bug abusing
@A_dmg04@leopardstealth Doesn't this only work in situations where you have enough tanky enemies for ignitions to chain off each other?
It's very cool like shown here but the actual chance of getting this to work in a raid is basically zero. I can only think of Raneiks in Vesper's where this might work.
I’m not a tech person so maybe this is dumb but isnt it easier to create a “children’s phone” at point of sale so you get a phone with built-in restrictions rather than asking every single person in the country whether they are over 16 or not through hackable digital ID software?
So, we've been seeing some interesting videos where Guardians are doing near infinite damage to bosses thanks in part to unintended Artifact perk stacking. Quite hilarious to watch, to be honest!
While we're planning a fix (next week likely), we think this is a bit fun. Go ahead. Get out there, beat up on Atheon. Destroy some bosses. Do your thing.
Just to note: we will be disabling Artifacts in Crucible/Gambit to protect Guardians from being on the receiving end of this.
We tried to come up with a name. The Artifactening? Sure. Why not. If you have a better suggestion... throw it our way.
All in all, it's Monument of Triumph. Do some crazy stuff. Send us your videos. Have some fun. Be Brave.
I need to be absolutely serious for once.
Never, EVER reply 'yes' or similar to tweets like this. In the UK you'll do 14 years in jail (not a joke). If you're abroad and visit, you'll be arrested at the airport.
Crazy that this tweet was made by a UK politician to trap people.
@NoFilterGames@RANDUMERROR If you want to just block damage then run unbreakable. At least then you're pulling enemy aggro instead of just standing there hoping for it.
We need to be able to keep up the numbers.
Leadership's silence is a clear message. They want a quiet death for the franchise. On social, and in game. When that number drops again, they'll say no one cares about the game once again.
This will be a long battle. Keep being loud.
