@CMVerwey Thanks! I have free access to many templates and elements through using my .edu account. You fill out a form on Canva to say you are part of an Ed organization and they offer free access to lots of content that usually requires subscription.

@EnglishEpiphany One way I’ve learned to encourage is to frame norms as “we will” instead of just listing a standard. For example, instead of “clean up at the end of class,” we say “we will work to leave our class better than we found it.” It creates a community vibe.
