#ecoflow, very dissatisfied with their #customer#service. They returned my 4 month old #Delta2 with the same fault, no explanation or paperwork to support their findings. Unit still fails to 12volt charge This may have to be escalated to #trading#standards
@EcoFlowTech very disappointed, poor customer service results non communication with a 4month old delta 2 being returned from intended repair with the same fault, no paperwork and no contact number. Totally unacceptable, This may need to be escalated to trading standards.
