@NYCTBus Yeah basically the app will say a bus is coming in 5 minutes, then the bus will be canceled or never show. The replacement bus says it’ll come in 10 minutes, but again, never shows. This happened four times until a bus finally actually showed after waiting 30 min

Hey @NYCTBus , I have not used this account once since its creation but I’m using it now for the sole purpose of telling you that your B68 bus route is the most unpredictable, disgusting, awful route that never follows the app and constantly skips stops

I contemplate jumping into traffic when waiting for this godforsaken bus because I truly believe I could get to my destination faster by having an ambulance take me to the hospital, get fixed up, then take a different bus from the hospital to my final destination

It’s truly atrocious how many times I’ve been late because of one, or two, or three, but FOUR buses that were supposed to come instead get canceled or rereouted
