ver0.01, it took up to 48 hours to detect changing. now ver0.04 it takes 1 min. Super fast!

made NSchecker, DNS record changing detection tool. update ver0.03, it uses DNS root servers(not cache server). struggled to make UDP packet with golang. need bit level coding for DNS format.
