@threadless I figure maybe if its fraud related, hide it - but the "we encountered an error" thing always seems so anti-customer.
In my case, just say I am not eligible? But what about others where there is actual fraud?
(I'm still buying)
So I signed up for an @threadless modal coupon. I have a threadless account, and I figured it would bounce me saying it wasn't eligible (or something). It asked for my number, got a verification code, and then failed me with an obtuse error message.
Why bother even erroring?
@threadless I'm kinda upset since I went through the work to type everything out, but Threadless is ~fine here.
Whats the correct way to signal error to users when a request fails (and which are correct depending on the error?).
