Keeping everyone (including Africans) completely ignorant about Africa and the central role it plays in the economic and natural world is a core feature of Europeanised education, not a bug.
You're not supposed to know that the DRC is the most resource-rich country in the world, with an estimated $24 trillion sitting under its soil. You're not supposed to know that the rise of "western civilisation" from the 15th century on was entirely made possible by European contact with Africa, and that the resources and labour extracted from coastal West Africa from 1492 onwards are the entire reason why both American continents exist in their current form.
You're not supposed to know that both WW1 and WW2 were essentially wars fought over the right to African colonial domination and expansion, and that even the uranium that was used in "Little Boy" and "Fat Man" dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki came from Shinkolobwe uranium mine in eastern DRC. You're not supposed to know that the reason the country of France exists in its current form is because tens of thousands of conscripted West African soldiers fought and won against the Nazis in Europe, and the French thereafter shipped them back to West Africa and massacred them at Camp Thiaroye in Senegal to avoid paying them their due wages.
You're not supposed to know that there was nothing cold about the so-called Cold War, because the vast majority of the hot theaters it was physically fought in were on the continent of Africa. (Zimbabwe, DRC, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Angola, Eritrea, Zambia etc). You're not supposed to know that the ongoing Ukraine war and the war in the Sahel are in fact the same conflict being fought by the same 2 sides, and that the reason France is desperately pushing funding and arms to Ukraine even as it falls into internal crisis is that Ukraine is acting as its proxy army in West Africa, as it tries to regain its lost colonial territories there, especially Niger where the cheap yellowcake uranium for its famously cheap nuclear energy used to come from before the 2023 revolution.
You're definitely not supposed to know that the entire global economy and system of trade as you know it is built on ruthless extraction from Africa and ensuring that Africa does not control anything it exports. You're not supposed to know that "Italian leather" doesn't come from Italy - it comes from Kano, Nigeria. You're not supposed to know that "Swiss chocolate" does not exist because cocoa does not grow anywhere in Switzerland or Europe - it comes from Ghana, Cote d'Ivoire and Nigeria. You're not supposed to know that Israel and the UAE control the global diamond and gold markets even though Israel has no diamond mine and the UAE has zero gold mines, because both resources are literally being stolen from the DRC and Sudan on an industrial basis.
You're basically not supposed to understand that the entire geopolitical world as you know it, rests entirely on extraction from Africa, poverty of Africans, and your own ignorance about where everything you use comes from.
Completely deliberate 500+ year-old feature, not accidental bug.
Because if we admit that it worked and we watched it burn
We will also have to admit that foreign governments are our enemies
We will have to agree that the CIA is actually an agency that will kill Africans to make sure it preserves America interest
We will have to agree that NATO is a collection of countries who serve the US so that they too can stay alive
We would have to agree that the US is championing terrorism globally
We would have to face reality that we do infact need deterrence
Unfortunately we see our oppressors as saints so we would rather not say the truth because accepting that truth will
Hurt our false agency
BBC: Bring Back Colonialism.
Your imperial lexicon is expired.
You only respect African leaders when they ship their resources to Europe. Shame on @BBCWorld.
*Nigerian retard named after a random bible character*:
"Stop blaming America and start holding your rope ladder accountable! When are you going to learn to take responsibility for not climbing up instead of blaming the man at the top?!"
This is the kind of "opposition" Nigerians love. Sue the presidency in a court that is under the authority of the Chief Justice who is appointed by the presidency.
1,000 motion, 0 movement.
If you tell them that they'd get a much bigger result if they came out in numbers and blockaded the US embassy in Abuja like the Nigeriens did the French embassy in Niamey 3 years ago, they'll tell you "Why don't you come to Nigeria and do it yourself? CIA man!"
Make una continue to dey whine una selves. Continue to "hold your leaders accountable" by suing them in Kekere-Ekun's court, and "voting them out" with an INEC that receives funding from the US government under a commissioner that is an APC member.
And when it doesn't work, do it again. If it didn't work the first 569,000 times you already did it, try it another 697,000,000 times. When you're reaching the end of the 55 years you are statically likely to survive as a Nigerian and you're finally realising nothing has changed, instead of telling your kids to do the opposite of what you did, tell them "nIgEriA iS cUrSed, dO aNythInG yOu cAn tO mOvE tO cAnaDa".
Very wise people, Nigerians. 🥲
🚨BREAKING: A highly foul smell spread across Gaza City overnight, leaving residents searching their homes and tents for its source.
Social media platforms were flooded with complaints from Palestinians reporting the same unbearable odor across large areas, from Al-Tuffah and Al-Daraj in the east to Beit Lahia in the west.
According to journalist Yousef Fares in Gaza, Israeli military aircraft dropped hundreds of bubbles carrying the foul-smelling substance across these areas, deliberately contaminating the air and spreading the odor among residential areas.
Your Banking and Tax system handed over to 🇫🇷FRANCE

What then is left of the Nation NIGERIA to serve her 250 million population? NOTHING!
These are the exact same people with history of killing your kings n enslaving your people. The exact same people who invaded, pillaged, raped n looted your resources n artifacts still sitting in their museum till date.
But hey! Look at those Chinese!!!
And Russians n evil North Korea n Iran.
They said it to the Native Americans.
What were you going to do with the land?
Then they killed over 50 million of them, and stole their land.
They said it to Ghana.
Even though Ghana was already using their gold, they still said it anyway:
What are you going to do with all that gold.
Then, they stole it from Ghana.
"What were you going to do with it"...
As though a thief quietly returns to his house empty-handed if you explained your plans for your property.
If he's America, he kills you and steals it anyway.
Don't let these people sermonise you about morality, when they openly admit that theft is cool.
You won't believe other justifications they routinely come up with for wars, genocide, rape, paedophilia, etc.
Their current play in Nigeria is to push hustle culture (capitalism) and individualism thereby keeping us preoccupied trying to out hustle their deathtrap of a system & "minding our business." Not even one mainstream artist is pushing a message of liberation or unity.
Me: The CIA is involved in many covert operations using unconventional means to spread soft power, control media narratives, hinder poorer countries development, engineer public opinion and in some cases oust world leaders
Nigerians: is the CIA why we don't have light?
Anything with a plot more complex than ChuChuTV or Baby Shark is usually too rigorous, too daunting for many Nigerians.
If it involves linking to premises together, while drawing on historical premises... you lose them fast!
This is why slop sells.
Keep it short. Keep it basic and simple.
Like ABC — or even simpler, if you can manage it.
Or else you will hear them say something like:
"Ehn, is the CIA now interested in your country that much? Don't they have better things to do?".
Or
"Are you that special?"
Chai!
These people are convinced that the CIA have something better to do than what it was literally created for?
I need some of you to go on CIA dot gov and read some of the shit those people have been up to as far back as 50 years ago.
They have so many declassified docs released.
That's what is paining me, the info is right there!! But you no wan read
You just wanna laugh at people.
When will Nigerians realise that hating on each other is no longer a strategy.
Christian’s hating Muslims
Muslim hating Christians
Igbo and Yoruba hatred
The entire country hating the north
The educated hating the uneducated
Hate is no longer a strategy. We are loosing out on the things we should be doing.
Terrorism affects all
Bad roads affect all
Poor healthcare affects all
Corruption affects all
High fuel costs affects all
Like we can all sit at a table and fix this nation.
It’s our responsibility to do this.
All of us fail to realize that no matter how successful or big we become, the world has a narrative for what it means to be a Nigerian
When will we take Nigeria Seriously?
Honestly hatred is not a strategy?
