Some updates from our team at @thecollectiv3e - we've been growing fast!

1. We're opening our NYC HQ in Chelsea.
A 6,000 sqft loft in the heart of the city. This will be the premier space for founders and builders in New York. There are very few good coworking spaces in NYC - we want to change that.

We're designing our space to be the best place for founders and builders in the city. We'll have private offices, a maker-space, a content room, a kitchen, a lounge, and much more.

2. We launched our talent arm.
From the beginning, we've specialized in finding exceptional people and bringing them together. For a long time that meant events and community. Now we're applying the same approach to hiring.

We believe great hires come from in-person relationships and a deeply trusted network. We're excited that @clairajv recently joined us as our Founding Head of Talent. She'll be helping members find the right people to supercharge their teams.

3. The community & team is growing quickly!
Our latest group, Cohort 4, filled up in 3 weeks (our fastest ever) and we received over 450+ applications during that time period. We recently launched in LA and are happy to see the community coming together nicely.

We're also pumped to welcome new fellows to the team across SF, NYC, and LA - @mikashimmura, @maxlovestweets, @Rick_Yang2, @jaydenxxia, @allixzheng, @Davexyao, @l1frances, @ssarahfann, and @BoitDarley.

We've come a long way in 12 months, but it feels like we're just getting started.

- also work w/ Jesuits at Boston College on marketing for their research institute, so I've got a ton of random knowledge about 16th century-present missionary activity in Asia.
