@UNFPAIndonesia has developed @UnalaYouth , a youth-friendly health service model that also specifically empower doctor and midwife from the private sector.

In Yogyakarta, private sector providers are dominating. Belinda Spagnoletti (University of Melbourne/University of Gadjah Mada) mentioned there is access to technology to gain information about FP and track fertility through internet and smartphones. #icifprh2019

The second day of ICIFPRH was a full day of plenary, parallel, and satellite sessions. In a day we watched presentations of ranging themes within family planning and SRHR.

There was also a research launching from @RutgersWPFIndo namely Global Early Adolescent Study which generally focusses on reproductive health issues among youth.

There is no difference between trained (in Balanced Counseling Strategy) and untrained providers (midwives) in terms of interaction, but trained providers were more likely to make counseling more structured and do desirable things during interaction. (Rita Damayanti)
