Currently recording @MbPulseGrowers 2021 Results Series videos (available soon) and wanted to share this tidbit. Are your yield differences a real result of your treatment? Are they from random variability?? Stats have the answer. Look for stats when consuming #trial results!
The 2021 Results Series videos are now available! Short, to the point, results by trial type. The videos feature a new ‘Across the Network’ look at results over all 10 years of our program, in addition to 2021 results🌱 https://t.co/Trk0pTGkmc

A little glimpse of an On-Farm Network trial harvest. From combining the strips, to stats in the truck, we love harvest season! #onfarmresearch#blackbeans#harvest2021
Only able to harvest half of our #pintobean#tillage trial this afternoon…big differences in pinto production between strip-till and conventional till this year ⬇️ Avg yield of strip-till: 1375 lb/ac. In-season soil moisture data to be analyzed soon! #Harvest2021
Dry bean response in a dry year 🌱From a colour difference during vegetative growth, to more vigorous growth during reproductive stages and a 150 lb/ac yield increase, our 70 lb N/ac treatment outperformed the 0 N control at this #drybean trial, this season
In a year where every little bit of moisture makes a difference, we’re sure seeing some amazing visual responses to #striptill in this pinto bean trial. Excited for harvest data! #onfarmresearch#grow21#drought21
It’s a year for dry bean visual responses, apparently! Differences in growth and vigour between conventional till (left) and strip-till black beans (right). Similar visual differences in our pinto bean tillage trial. Will there be a yield difference?? Excited to see!
