I suspect the reason for the quieter fan is if they move more air it's too weak to stay hot. Rare PC building air fryer crossover knowledge; static pressure fans need to move fast and loud to move lots of air.

My mother recently replaced a Ninja Air Fryer with a Beautiful and wow, that thing is a PoS. Touchscreen instead of buttons, and much slower to set it how you want. The fan is quieter but doesn't move as much air, so stuff doesn't crisp up as well. Splurge on the Ninja if you can
