@JetBlue If you're flying New York <> Puerto Rico do not book seat 2A (mint). Paid 128k points, seat was INOP, had to lap my son instead and got refunded only 5k points. Flight attendant said that seat always has problems. That's how they treat Mosaic 4 customers?
