Your internal team is incapable to handle the issues which me and my users were facing since we launched an app on Microsoft store (worst decision) even after multiple support requests your tech team cannot solve my issue then why are you even there?

I contacted upstox support regarding not able to execute my sell order. They said on call that it is issue from CDSL side. They refused to give anything in writing or on mail.
