@ProLOWD Even with competitive NIL - midmajors generally can’t compete with the power conferences in things like facilities - support staff - travel accommodations - housing etc
Need a path to the big east to increase revenue and close the gap
@3YearLetterman “In the opener for Saint Louis against Carroll College on September 5, 1906, Robinson threw football’s first legal forward pass. Thanks in part to the forward pass, undefeated Saint Louis outscored its 1906 opponents, 407-11.”
@GainesTweets@WestPineBills For perspective that is just slightly less than McCollum got from Iowa (6 yr -22.75 million) when he made the jump from Drake
@WestPineBills I wish it was obvious that they were the best team on the court against these mediocre teams from start to finish - instead of spending much of these games playing inferiorly and then hoping for a huge run.
That isn’t going to play late in the A-10 tourney or in the NCAAT
@JackGodar I hope SLU can keep him long term and become a monster - but at the end of the day I suspect Schertz - beyond just his pay - needs to be convinced they can compete for final 4s at SLU. That not only includes paying him top money but also competing w power conf programs NIL funds
@ross_prager Needs mechanical support - need a better look at the LV and oxygenation status to determine specific flavor of MCS (VA Ecmo or Protec + oxygenator or impella RP with or with out impella 5.5)
If pulm embolism suspected - VA ECMO followed by definitive therapy
@lupinrider@nerd_endurance@Alan_Couzens I know the experts are correct but can someone explain the physiology of why spending an 1 hr in Z1-2 running is equivalent to 3 hrs in Z1-2 cycling?
@pulmtoilet Every ICU physician if they were the patient in that scenario would tell you that unless a 2nd tube was immediately ready to go to pick the tube off the floor and get it in the trachea
@armyemdoc@JCVAonline@iceman_ex@DrCCorredor I understand that but does it really matter at 24 hrs if I’m on 0.5 vs 0.3 vs 0.2 NE equivalents if at 7 or 14 or 21 days there is absolutely no difference in any clinical outcome?
