@moseskagan Very true. I made very good choices financially in my early 20s, but sub-optimal choices in my career. Finding it very hard now to bounce back from those, but I did cushion myself financially. 🤷‍♂️

@SparkingFIRENC Yeah, I'm 35 and have cut back to just employer match. Got 3 kids and need more spending money. I ran the numbers and unless I were to contribute SIGNIFICANTLY more each month, it wouldn't move the needle as much as the principal as it sits gains.
