Repeal the 19th
@IcyFuture5366@Cernovich They may actually hire you, but promotions are all networking based and guess what the only race/sex/gender that doesnt have a BRG for networking is?
@akoustov No freedom to be a bigot? Blacks were 30x more likely than an Asian to get into UNC. Dont pretend like you care about bigotry, you just hate white people
“Uncomfortably racist”
Morality is simply the act placing another individuals advancement above your own. You should never be guilted into doing this, because in doing so the guilter is himself being immoral
You are uncomfortable that others want to place the advancement of their own family above people unrelated to them
@theRWMillennial Exact same thing happened to me. They couldnt fire me on performance, so they labeled me a “resistor” and had HR do a driveby then just about all of my superiors mobbed me. Didnt know what workplace mobbing was until then
HR is absolutely on an ideological mission
I have an anecdote to attest to this.
I used to work at a company that had an exclusively women HR department that represented over 1,000 employees. For a brief period of time, there was one male out of almost 2 dozen females in that department. He quit (no surprise) and was ultimately replaced by a woman. And then they hired more women.
The culture was suffocating. The straight guys at the company were all beta wifeguys who were very non-threatening and deferential. Lots of gay men too. And of course, tons of women. Out of about 30 people on my broader team, there were four men: myself, my supervisor (a beta religious wife guy), a young just out of college kid who was super kind, but not very experienced, and a gay dude.
Any demonstration of traditionally masculine behavior in the workplace was ultimately punished. Think challenging an opposing viewpoint, giving direct and honest feedback to a supervisor or teammate, or expressing concern over being forced to use pronouns when referring to some mentally ill nutjob. My beta supervisor tried tone policing me on multiple occasions, once for even saying the phrase "hard disagree" (Dude was soft AF).
Ultimately, after a few years of surviving this culture, I quiet quit for about the last six months until one day, my supervisor and I had our final disagreement. I challenged him to actually step up and lead the team in a specific and real way and gave him some tough to hear feedback (absolutely nothing about gender, no insults, nothing like that--I was focused on the team and how we could improve). Wasn't rude, no name calling, very professional. I just stood my ground and told him his lack of leadership in a specific way was hurting the team.
He didn't like that, so he went to one of the women in HR and a week later, they canned me.
I'm much better off for it today and if I'm grateful for anything it's that they let me go. I will never forget feeling total relief leaving that place for the last time. It's all worked out for me now--this was over a year ago. I got another job very quickly and it's a much better team and culture.
But let me tell you, women are taking over corporate cultures through vehicles like HR and corporate bureaucracy. They are absolutely firing "threats" (masculine men) to their authority while they keep the fags, the betas, and the girlbosses around.
Women in the workplace (and their little beta yes men) are tyrants.

@Cernovich Theyve even run the numbers for us of how much their new promotion system of BRGs instead of Meritocracy impacted people. 85%! Weirdly enough, no BRGs for Whites, Men, of Straight people
Videos like these, which are common, give up the game on gun control. Democrats never post them to make the case for stricter gun laws. They don't call for arrests. Gun control is about disarming YOU.
Its interesting to watch the people who have such a deep seated hatred for him.
Its a fun game to examine them and see exactly what drives it, usually its some belief they hold that deep down they know is wrong but they cant admit it. Really opens a window up into the people to be able to see about themselves what they themselves cant see
