In the middle of the night, why is my pack getting renewed automatically.

Suddenly i am getting a message of 700 rupees getting deducted from my wallet without any confirmation or anything.
Had to use twitter because your customer support is responding to any messages

I tried contacting your customer support through WhatsApp and email so many times. All the time it asks for OTP and ignores on submission. This is unacceptable.

And please explain to me why does it show that I travelled 130 km instead of 30kms in just 1.5 hours in DELHI?
