In 2007, my dad died.

After his passing, the family gave my mum two options: marry my dad's younger brother or leave the house and receive no support whatsoever.

My mum chose to leave.

They told her that male children raised by Akure wives never amount to anything. They laughed at her decision and believed our story had already been written.

But look at us now.

Look at what God has done🥹🥹

I know my dad is smiling in heaven, proud of the woman he left us with and proud of the children she raised against every odd.

Tomorrow, by God's grace, I will fulfill a lifelong dream. I will be called to the Nigerian Bar as a lawyer. Double First Class Lawyer at that🥹

Lord, thank You for changing our story. Thank You for proving that the final chapter belongs to You.

My name is Nasirudeen and I run Nas Couture and Accessories @nascouture1, a menswear (fashion) brand I started while trying to support myself through school. What began with one sewing machine has grown into a small team, taking orders and building something sustainable.

A typical workday in my workspace depends on power. When there is light, we work through orders and meet deadlines. But when there is no light, everything comes to a standstill because fueling the generator will increase our cost of production way too much, this will lead to missed deadlines, and rescheduled deliveries. Over time, that inconsistency affects how much we can produce and how much we earn.

The ₦1,000,000 will go into a solar setup for the workshop. With steady power, we can run daily without interruptions, complete more orders on time, and gradually take on more jobs and employ more hands.

We are this step away from this upgrade, and we will like you to help us achieve it.

I can't remember most of it from this year. But take this 10 from 2025.

1. Helped raised ransom money for Rhoda, a Unilorin graduate, who was kidnapped on her way to NYSC camp in Rivers. She has since moved back to Ibadan and doing well.

2. Raised N24.9m for your leg surgery in Egypt.

3. Helped @yemi_omj raise N5m for her eye surgery.

4. @AdunolaDammy's cousin needed N3m for ameloblastoma(jaw tumor) surgery and we raised N4.2m.

5. Raised N6m in 4 hours for @b_o_r___ah hip replacement surgery.

6. Worked with @UnkleAyo on #PeopleHelpingPeople to raised funds to pay fees, hospital bills and support business. Over N70m was raised, distributed and accounted for.

7. Worked with @egi_nupe to free an illegally imprisoned guy from Kirikiri, after the influncers vs Prisoners match in Kirikiri.

8. I helped some First Class graduates get jobs.

9. @neo_officialll has lost his account 3 times this year. Each time he opens a new account, I help him get it back up and promote his business. He is the number one online seller of electronics. A brand you can trust. You should patronize him today and he will deliver to you anywhere you are in Nigeria.

10. I've helped people grown their accounts and engagement, I've raised funds I can't even remember towards education and health care. I follow anyone who meets me in person and take pictures with those who ask for one. I retweet a lot when I can't engage.
