@Abramjee Had these warnings been made after the 1st body was found, the other 3 might have been saved. Plus why didn't they scount this areas after the 1st or 2nd discovery? As always SAPS is reactive.

@ke_ramza @Abramjee And why was there no warning after the 2nd or 3rd victim to alert women in the area to be extra vigilant? Even if the cases weren’t confirmed to be linked, surely the similarities and locations were enough to warrant a public safety warning.
