@a_srinidhi @thetuluscript This is also seen in Malayalam and later standardisations of some scripts which were prevalent in the region. For most of the part scripts like Vatteluttu didn't use diacritic markers, (later in Kolezhuthu {ā}.

The Brahui Roman Likvar, Brovlika for short is an adaptation of the Latin script to write Brahui (North Dravidian) language. Talár a Brahui newspaper releases their prints in this script. #brahui #quetta #dravidian #LANGUAGE
