You’ve been tweeting at us all day and we’ve chosen not to respond. But to this we will.

You say you’re sure one day we will become a Muslim because we have knowledge for the truth.

Don’t you see that Islam doesn’t offer salvation? The problem of humanity is sin. It is that we have been cut off from the life of God and we are deserving only death and wrath.

Look at the verdict God placed on the world:

Romans 3:23

“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”

Do you see the problem of humanity? We fell short. It doesn’t matter who you are or what you do, you’re by nature of birth under God’s judgment.

Why? Because Adam sinned. And we came from Adam, therefore, we sinned:

Romans 5:12

“Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all people, because all sinned—”

Farida, do you see the problem of humanity? It is not external. It came by birth. So, if the problem is sin that came by birth, it can only go away through death.

This is why Jesus died as our atoning sacrifice. Now, He died in our place. He took our judgement away. This is called Penal Substitution.

Like Abraham killed that ram instead of Isaac, Jesus offered Himself in judgement instead of us for sins to save us.

That sin we got from Adam was judged in Christ. Glory to God! Our debts has been paid!

But Jesus didn’t just die for our sins. He rose up! So, we died to sin in Christ and rose up a new in the Spirit being in Him.

This is why we say we are born again. That is how sin has been dealt with in Christianity.

This is the inability of Islam. There’s nothing in Islam that deals with the problem of sin.

This was why Muslims in the North shouted Allahu Akbar as the stoned and torched Deborah to death.

This was why a Muslim old man recently married a child, had sex with her, and the girl bled to death.

This was why the imam of the national mosque came out and said he supports death for blasphemy when Deborah was killed by Muslims.

This was why a Muslim guy tossed a Muslim girl from a storey building in Egypt killing her because a male friend was in her room.

This was why Samuel Paty, school teacher, was beheaded by a group of Muslims in France because he did a cartoon of Muhammad, which turned out he didn’t do.

This was why the leader of Hisbah morality police years ago was caught in adultery in a hotel.

This is why Muslims temporarily pause their vices during Ramadan only to resume it once fasting is over.

This is why recently in Plateau Muslim mobs shouted, “Kill the infidel!” While clubbing a Christian to death.

We can go on and on. But the truth remains, Islam hasn’t dealt with the problem of sin-our rebellious alienation from the life of God inherited from Adam.

But Jesus offers that. Allah doesn’t. Did you know that Muhammad even begged Allah to ask for forgiveness for his mum but Allah denied him.

Sahih Muslim’s Hadith confirms.

There’s no forgiveness in Islam. Paradise promise in Islam is dependent on good works.

O what a wretched fate that is!

For by strength shall no man prevail, the Bible said. We cannot, sinful humans, please a holy God.

So, Jesus became our Mediator. That by His own good works of righteousness we attain righteous standing with God.

Glory, we are saved by grace (unmerited favor) through faith(the believe in Christ).

Finally, Farida, we replied to you to tell you the truths of these two religions.

Islam cannot save. You can recite the shahadah, give alms to the poor, go to Mecca, fast Ramadan and pray 5x daily.

All these are external. The sin from Adam is still there. How do you break away from what you were born with? By death and resurrection. That is in Christ.

This is why Islam fights tooth and nail to deny Jesus was crucified.

How do you believe He is virgin-born but draw the line at being crucified?

Because Islam is against the salvation of your soul. But Jesus loves you.

Finally, we can’t be Muslim because the Bible predicted Islam and judged it;

1 John 4:3

“And every spirit that does NOT CONFESS JESUS is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you heard was coming and now is in the world already.”

Islam is that spirit and Muhammad is its mouthpiece.

We are sold to Jesus for life, and till His return we live for Him.

For to live is Christ and to die is gain. You can come to Jesus today. He loves you and died for you.
