Filming was kind of stressful but discovering football cultures I never knew existed in Nigeria made every bit of it worth it.

What makes me even happier is seeing the impact. More people are now going to NPFL matches every weekend, more creators are making content around the league, and more people are finding their own ways to promote Nigerian football.

We’re not where we want to be yet, but progress is happening. And kudos to the clubs and everyone working behind the scenes to make sure these new fans have a reason to keep coming back.

This is how football cultures begin, with the people who choose to show up, stay invested, and keep believing.

There’s still a lot of work to be done, and we need more people to be part of it. But hopefully, one day, we’ll look back at these little steps and be proud of how far we’ve come.

We have a long way to go, but we’re getting there. Let’s make Nigerian football great again. ❤️🇳🇬💐
